The William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (the HIV/AIDS Initiative) aims to assist countries in implementing large-scale, integrated care, treatment, and prevention programs that will turn the tide on the AIDS epidemic. It partners with governments in Caribbean and African countries to develop operational business plans to scale-up HIV/AIDS care and treatment. The ultimate objective in each of these countries is to make high-quality HIV/AIDS care and treatment a reality in our partner countries, and to develop replicable models for large-scale programs in other resource-poor settings.
