Our History Just Communities was established in 2001 as The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) of California’s Central Coast. Just Communities Central Coast is a founding member of the National Federation for Just Communities.
Just Communities works with schools, youth, businesses, government, faith institutions, and other sectors of the community in the tri-county area of Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo California.
