The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials New York Chapter is a non-profit professional organization for all individuals, communities, businesses and organizations connected to transportation. COMTO's core values are Advocacy, Professionalism and Service. COMTO is committed to ensuring that these core values are transformed into programs and opportunities for our membeship and others with measurable results. COMTO is endeavoring to become the premier organization for the training, education and professional development of minorities. This is being accomplished through our Professional Development Institute (PDI) our Business Development Institute (BDI) and our Student Development Institute (SDI).
