College to Congress is a new non-partisan nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways for students to intern on Capitol Hill who otherwise could not afford to.
College to Congress (C2C) seeks to change the climate on Capitol Hill by encouraging broader systemic support for fully paid internships. Through its activities, C2C aims to create a more diverse and inclusive landscape on Capitol Hill, inspire low-income students to consider careers in public service and demonstrate the value of paid internship opportunities as a mechanism to increase civic awareness and participation in the democratic process. C2C provides undergraduate students with an 9-week internship in Congress which provides a close-up look into the legislative process prepares students with the life skills for a successful future.
