OC Food Access was founded in 2010 in response to a call for county–wide coordinated action to create the conditions under which healthy, locally sourced food can make its way into the kitchens, hands and mouths of people who need it most in our community.
The Coalition currently includes partners from the nonprofit and business community a well as academia, and we look forward to expanding our partnerships in the future.
The Orange County Food Access Coalition's mission is to create access to healthy, local food options for Orange County's most nutritionally vulnerable residents.
