Via Care's mission is to support and uphold our community's right to health by providing quality, equitable & comprehensive care. Via Care is a network of eleven community clinics that provides comprehensive primary health care, including dental, behavioral health, and supportive services—regardless of insurance, ability to pay, or immigration status—annually to 15,942 low-income residents, 98% of whom are people of color, of all ages in East Los Angeles and surrounding neighborhoods.  Via Care’s core services include: comprehensive primary medical care for all ages including pediatrics; diagnostic laboratory and radiology; immunizations; gynecology and obstetrics; chronic disease screening and care; hepatitis C testing and treatment; STD and HIV prevention through pre/post-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP/PEP), testing and treatment; family planning; pharmacy; podiatry; full scope oral health preventative and restorative care; mental health and substance use disorder treatment; and supportive services such as health insurance enrollment, a food bank, transportation, re-entry case management, outreach, and health and nutrition education.
