HEART empowers communities by providing food, essential resources, and compassionate support to families experiencing hardship, while building stronger, more connected communities through outreach and service.

HEART (Hope Empowers All Reaching Together, Inc.) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families experiencing food insecurity and everyday hardship across Texas and Missouri.

We believe that no one should have to navigate difficult times alone. Through community-driven programs and outreach, we provide essential resources such as pantry boxes, hygiene items, baby supplies, and direct support to families in need.

Our work is rooted in connection. From community cookouts to emergency assistance, HEART creates spaces where people feel supported, seen, and valued.

Volunteers are at the core of everything we do. Whether helping distribute food, supporting events, or assisting behind the scenes, every volunteer plays a direct role in making a meaningful impact.
