Caribbean Minds Exposed Through Travel (CMETT)

At CMETT, our goal is to open doors for vulnerable youth in the English-speaking Caribbean through travel experiences, steady mentorship, and life-skills coaching, in hopes that it will inspire change and a desire to succeed.

At CMETT, we believe every young person deserves the chance to see beyond their immediate circumstances and dream bigger. We serve at-risk youth in Jamaica and across the English-speaking Caribbean by providing life-skills training, mentorship, and transformative travel experiences that open doors to new perspectives. Our work is grounded in the values of empowerment, resilience, and cultural pride, helping students not only envision a future of possibility but also develop the tools and confidence to step into it.
