NeighborWorks Umpqua

NeighborWorks Umpqua is a rural-focused housing and community development corporation committed to promoting opportunity for all. We will do this by providing quality housing, community development, property management, financial services, education, and advocacy in order to attain economic, social and environmental sustainability, and equity.

We began as Umpqua CDC in 1991 with a mission to work with communities to provide safe, affordable housing and community-based economic development opportunities. Twenty years later, we changed our name to NeighborWorks Umpqua and continued to serve residents of Douglas, Coos and Curry counties. We are members of the NeighborWorks® America network and have an exemplary rating.
