Canopy of Neighbors creates new pathways to aging well and aging independently in community.
Acerca de
Canopy of Neighbors is based on the National "Village to Village" model. We are volunteer-based, assisting seniors, over the age of 62, to be age in place in their homes. Offering transportation options, social events, help with technology, and more.
