homeownership related services to the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. We provide homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention counseling, and affordable remodeling/repair financing partnered with construction management services. We also rehabilitate vacant homes and build new homes on vacant lots in the city core. Through supporting successful homeowners, we strengthen communities.We
