The mission of New Outlook is to provide a community that engages youth in opportunities that nurture belonging, independence, resilience, and social responsibility.

In fulfilling our mission, we will work collaboratively in the community to offer a variety of educational and recreational activities that:

-develop a sense of belonging and personal importance -enhance self-awareness and self-confidence -promote academic pursuit and success -foster creative expression -instill cooperative spirit and leadership qualities -teach the value and importance of healthy recreation and relaxation
