Literacy Center of the Midlands

We touch the lives of adult students in the Omaha metropolitan area. They have to take the first step to make a big change in their life by going back to school. Some need to learn English while others need to learn how to fill out an application. Still, others want to finish the high-school diploma they started years ago. Our services range from traditional classes to one-on-one tutoring all of which is free to students. Our students have much to be proud of, none of which would be possible without our volunteers, partners and donors. Together we are transforming people's lives, one word at a time.
