BIT Buildings use our building improvement tools to incorporate basic sustainability best practices into their operations. We aim to provide a program that engages all commercial, institutional, and multifamily buildings in reducing the natural resource and climate impacts of operating buildings, while providing healthy spaces for people. We recognize BIT buildings that have made significant performance improvements.
