Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland is the only independent children's hospital in Northern California and has been providing exceptional medical care to children in the region and beyond since 1912. We are 100% focused on children and their families. Our mission is to ensure the delivery of high quality pediatric care for all children through regional primary and subspecialty networks, a strong education and teaching program, a diverse workforce, state of the art research programs and facilities, and nationally recognized child advocacy efforts.
The Children's Hospital & Research Center Foundation is the not-for-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to bringing health and well being to children through philanthropic and volunteer support for the Children's Hospital.
