Foundation for Research on Sexually Transmitted Diseases,Inc. prevention initiative with funding from Center for Diseases Control. serving young Men of Color who have sex with Men known as The Black Men’s Initiative (BMI) is a holistic set of interrelated services designed to provide a comprehensive continuum of outreach, health education, risk reduction, HIV counseling and testing, prevention and referral into medical care and other services, enabling clients to move through services as far as they are willing at any given point in time.
