Harbor Communities Overcoming Violence (HarborCOV) provides emergency and longer-term support for survivors of abuse and their children in the Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, Winthrop and Charlestown communities. HarborCOV takes an innovative approach to ending domestic violence through collaborative partnerships and culturally relevant support for diverse survivors.
