The mission of Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania is to provide comprehensive health care services in settings that preserve and protect the essential privacy and rights of each individual; advocate for public policy that guarantee the rights of each individual and ensure their access to services; provide educational programs that enhance understanding of human sexuality; and promote research and the advancement of technology in reproductive health care; and encourage understanding of their inherent bioethical behavioral and social implications.
