UNITY CHARITABLE TRUST

UNITY CHARITABLE TRUST, a registered N.G.O. is working in the fields of women, especially the disadvantaged and deserted, children, aged and the disabled.

Since most of the poor women in this area are working in match box industries as daily waged workers, women's self help groups are formed to help them get additional income through income generation schemes and microcredit programmes.

In the Children's sector, one primary school and one orphanage are supported by our organisation.

We are also making our fullest efforts for the betterment of the disabled and the aged also.

The founder of the organisation is a woman of dedication and social service mindedness.

The Managing Trustee,Mrs. M. Mary Vijaya is working as a Post Graduate teacher in a higher secondary school and rendering her services to the organisation as the Managing Trustee (Chief Functionary)
