Banner Desert and Cardon's Children Medical Center

Banner Desert Medical Center, we are dedicated to a high-tech, high-touch philosophy of care that has helped us become the hospital of choice for East Valley communities for nearly 40 years. As one of the largest and most comprehensive facilities in Arizona, Banner Desert serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity in the East Valley. Our volunteers are an important part of our hospital care team.  There are a wide variety of rewarding volunteer opportunities available for volunteers from age 16+ and up.

Cardon Children’s Medical Center was designed “Through the Eyes of a Child,” meaning it has all the comforts of home and does not feel institutional. The hospital is meant to inspire healing, learning and imagination. Our volunteers are an important part of our hospital care team.  There are a wide variety of rewarding volunteer opportunities available for volunteers from age 16+ and up.
