Kupugani Scholarship Fund

Kupugani engages young people and provides them with a community of caring adults who nurture experiential education that results in self-identity, self-worth, self-esteem, self-respect, leadership and appreciation for human value. We move beyond the traditional approach to multicultural education and learning about the diversity found in classrooms, communities and family life to build personal competencies reflected in the four "C's" of the camp community: compassion, contribution, commitment, and character. The purpose of the Scholarship Fund is to provide assistance based on financial need. Availability of financial assistance enables us to target a diverse population of young girls from local, regional, national and international communities to provide a balanced, diverse camp population which contributes to the multicultural experience.
