Cranaleith Spiritual Center

Cranaleith offers a contemplative space for all those seeking wholeness and transformation for themselves and society. We are committed to making Cranaleith accessible to all, especially to persons who are poor, vulnerable or marginalized and those who work in solidarity with them. We seek to invite those at the center of need and those at the center of influence to reflection, reverent dialogue and meaningful partnerships.

Cranaleith hosts a wide variety of events, ranging from one-day workshops to week-long silent retreats, available both on-site and virtually.

• Spiritual Retreats: Options include directed silent retreats, solitude days for self-catered reflection, and specialized Lenten or seasonal series.
• Creative & Embodied Practices: Programs often incorporate creative arts, such as "Knit, Crochet & Women's Wisdom" or workshops focused on integrating the body into spiritual practice.
• Community Partnerships: The center hosts specific programs for veterans, nurses, social workers, and those experiencing homelessness, emphasizing its commitment to social service.

Our Grounds and Sacred Spaces, set on 10 acres, our grounds are designed to facilitate deep reflection through various outdoor "sacred spaces" that highlight the natural environment.

• Natural Features: The property includes a spring-fed pond, an organic vegetable garden, a forest path, and an apiary for beekeeping.
• Reflective Structures: A permanent labyrinth and an outdoor Stations of the Cross provide dedicated paths for slow, meditative walking.
• Historic & Modern Facilities: The campus features the historic Main House and Carriage House for overnight stays, alongside a modern Conference Center equipped for meetings and workshops.

Cranaleith provides a modern Education & Conference Center designed for business meetings, corporate retreats, and workshops. The facility is fully accessible, featuring an elevator, pedestrian ramps, and audiovisual technology in every room. We offer 3 meeting environments to suit different group sizes and goals. All conference facilities include access to complimentary on-site parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide "farm-to-table" meal options using produce harvested directly from our own vegetable garden.

• Conference Room: This 870-square-foot space is the largest option, accommodating up to 60 guests in a theater-style or round-table setup. It features majestic windows, a vaulted ceiling, and an 80-inch wall-mounted TV. A retractable wall can be opened to connect this room with the adjacent Board Room, increasing the total capacity to 75.
• Board Room: Ideal for smaller executive meetings, this 420-square-foot room holds up to 12 guests. It is equipped with a 55-inch monitor featuring teleconferencing capabilities and flexible furniture that can be arranged around a single table or into smaller break-out groups.
• McAuley Room: Designed to feel like a cozy "living room," this 420-square-foot space is best for intimate gatherings of up to 15 people. It includes upholstered chairs, sofas, a working fireplace, and a 55-inch monitor for presentations.
• Dining Room: Used for special events involving meals, this space seats up to 60 guests. It offers easy access to the outdoor patio, which overlooks the center's signature tree-laden grounds and pond.
