Misión
Western Row Elementary School PTO is preparing for its annual “Wacky Carnival” to be held on November 11, 2017. Wacky carnival is a fun-filled day for students and their families, with carnival style games, prizes and a silent auction. This event is Western Row’s major fundraiser, and the proceeds directly benefit the Western Row students, teachers and classrooms. The success of Wacky Carnival allows our PTO to fund in-house educational programs, books, classroom technology and other essential educational needs.
