CTIS Pregnancy Risk Information

Our service provides health education and risk assessments for free, over the telephone primarily, to women who are pregnant, planning pregnancies, individuals planning adoptions about the potential risk from exposure to any environmental agent. Teratogen Information Specialists collect all pertinent information over the telephone and provide health education and risk assessments to callers over our state-wide phone line, 800-532-3749. CTIS conducts prospective, observational research about exposures to pregnancy. CTIS offices are located in San Diego and Los Angeles, at UCSD and UCLA.
