American Committee for Middle-East Rights

Founded in May 2022, ACMER is a nonprofit committed to supporting efforts that specifically promote human rights in the MENA region. 

We are working to increase the priority level of human rights in America’s relationship with countries throughout the Middle East. ACMER strives for collaboration and cooperation by engaging closely with national civil societies and international partners who share our mission and vision. The goal of ACMER is to influence politics and foreign policy in the United States regarding Middle East issues. We are committed personally and professionally to this mission statement by implementing agendas effectively on behalf of others’ demands for change – all while increasing human rights throughout the region!
