Mission Statement: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the Universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

The Salvation Army NOW MORE THAN EVER needs volunteers to assist those in our community who are in need of our help.

Volunteers are needed throughout the year on a daily basis at the Salvation Army. Below are a few programs where volunteers are needed:

Family Emergency Shelter, Computer Lab, Food Pantry, Boys & Girls Club, Disaster Services, Special Projects, Property Maintenance, Senior Center and Seasonal Opportunities.
