The mission of Afroliterati Books is to decrease educational and literacy gaps in urban communities by providing literacy, technology, and literary arts based programming for community residents. Our goal is to provide quality books and other media at low cost for bookbuyers. We also hope to create programs for civic engagement that promote community building and progressive development. Our goal is to provide literacy, technology, and arts based programs, goods, and services to underserved Chicago communities.
