Empowering neighborhoods to thrive - LifeLine CDC believes that every person has gifts and abilities and when we work together people’s lives become better, our neighborhoods become stronger and we build a better network to have everyone thrive.

LifeLine CDC works in lower socio-economic communities who are often isolated from the bigger networks of their communities. Our Community Centers are the hubs of community life where we have computers to help youth and adults to take the next step, work with children to help them discover who they are and who they want to become in a safe after school programs. We have emergency food and work with community members to provide the resources they need to thrive.
