Inner Circle Foster Care and Adoption Services

Inner Circle provides community-based services, including specialized, quality foster care, to children and families for the purpose of strengthening the family unit and emancipating self-sufficient young adults. Inner Circle is a non-profit with three primary programs: Foster Care, Adoptions and Mental Health Services covered by Victims of Crime. Through our Foster Care and Adoption programs Inner Circle recruits and certifies foster and adoptive parents, oversees the relationship with the foster child, conducts the adoption home studies, and completes the adoptions process. Inner Circle’s Mental Health Services covered by Victims of Crime helps victims of violent crime and their families deal with the emotional aftermath of crime by providing therapy services. By providing these services in a caring, comprehensive, and professional manner Inner Circle impacts the quality of life for the children and families in our community.
