TAYEF standing for Tanzania Youth Empowerment Foundation is a non-profit corporation operating in Mwanza Tanzania seeking at improving the socio-economic welfare of youth in every aspect of life as a response towards poverty reduction in Tanzania. It’s made up of youth from various professions aiming to empower a majority of in needy children and youth from their communities We provides seminars to vulnerable Children and youth, teaching them life skills (avoidance of drug abuse), supporting them on legal matter assistance, Small business establishment, interview techniques and are instilling an entrepreneurial spirit to the young unemployed inspiring them to stand for their own feet. Over Two years Tayef have achieved to nurture two youth groups comprising 30 members who are trained on business entrepreneurial skills, they have been encouraging children especially vulnerable ones to formulate sports/entertainment groups, just to mention a few.
