Mountain Play is a 102 year-old community tradition that provides access to quality, live performing arts for generations of families. Drawing from five counties, Mountain Play attracts between 14,000 and 20,000 patrons to the top of Mount Tamalpais each year. At its heart it is an award-winning theatrical production, but the event is so much more. The awe inspiring view, spectacular special effects and inter-generational neighborhood picnic create the ultimate outdoor theatre adventure.
