The Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization empowering low-income women in transition, teen parents, and at-risk teen girls through our community-based mentorship programs. Located in Media with office space in Sharon Hill as well, The Center Foundation serves Delaware County and the surrounding area, and offers the following three mentoring programs:
- WomenCare for women in transition
- Young Parents Support Network (YPSN) for teen parents
- TeenCare for at-risk teen girls
Through the work of our staff and mentors, program participants set self-sufficiency goals to help advance their development and well-being, as well as that of their families. Join our mission and contact us at 610-565-6171 to learn more about how to get a mentor!
