Created in 2003, ABLA’s mission is to mobilize the knowledge and skills of the community to inspire each person to dream, work and play without fear. ABLA is rooted in evidence-based practices and seeks to create lasting change in inner-cities from within by building partnerships. By empowering community members to solve their own problems, we generate a larger impact on all facets of the community.
