Tender Loving Care Home Hospice

The mission of Tender Loving Care Home Hospice is to provide quality hospice care to patients with a limited life expectancy and emotional support to their families.

The hospice program encompasses the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of the patient.

Services are provided by an Interdisciplinary professional health care team which consists of the Medical Director, Attending Physician, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain and Volunteers. This team works together with the patients and family members in maximizing their quality of life.
