Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS) provides specialized legal and technical assistance to community-based corporations engaged in the creation of housing and economic opportunities for lower income persons, and the revitalization of neighborhoods. RHLS has been in existence for over 25 years and has offices in Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
