Unity Bridge Initiative (UBI) is a US-based, registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. UBI's purpose is twofold: to empower impoverished youth in Africa through education, health, and community-based initiatives; as well as engaging American youth in educational opportunities to increase their leadership and global citizenship.UBI is currently working with schools and organizations in Ghana, Liberia, and the United States.
Over the last seven years, we have been able to impact over 4,500 children within Ghana, Liberia, and the United States. Our programs have been able to allow children to experience new opportunities and gain access to numerous resources. We’ve been fortunate enough to open libraries, computer labs, create summer programs, launch pen-pal programs, host local summits, and educate the community about African culture.
