(Forward Ever) is a not-for-profit organization that celebrates and amplifies the collective impact of independent, locally-owned businesses. We are the first urban affiliate of the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE), the largest values-aligned business alliance in North America.
We support, promote, educate, and advocate for a strong local business community and raise public awareness of the economic and cultural benefits provided by a strong local economy. Forward Ever is fostering a movement committed to the economic and environmental sustainability of the Greater Newark community via a Triple Bottom Line approach.
Forward Ever is the non-profit manager of Shop Newark, a city wide Loyalty Card Program for locally owned businesses.
