Precita Eyes Mural Arts Center

As an inner-city, community based, mural arts organization, Precita Eyes Mural Arts Center enriches and beautifies urban environments and educates communities about the process and history of public, community mural art. We maintain a deep commitment to collaborating with the various communities we serve. Our dedication to collaboration guarantees that the creative work produced is accessible, both physically and conceptually, to the people whose lives it impacts. We intend to bring art into the daily lives of people through a process which enables them to reflect their particular concerns, joys and triumphs.

We are one of only a handful of community mural organizations in the United States. In addition to our murals, we offer art classes and workshops for all ages (18 months to adults) and programs at many schools and community organizations. We also offer mural walking tours year round. Our Art Store offers art supplies and other mural related merchandise at discounted prices.
