Misión
The Cairn Experience’s mission is to bring together Veterans who may struggle with PTSD. We hope to utilize the natural healing of the outdoors and a group setting to positively impact both physical and mental health of our members. Our mission is to provide a safe space to be vulnerable and use recreational activities to find a positive outlet.
Acerca de
As a non-profit we hope to improve health and welfare of members of the Veteran community by participating in outdoor activities such as hikes, camping, and mindfulness activities. By using these activities, we hope to enhance the well being of those who may struggle with PTSD or other mental health issues by introducing a new way to cope and process. It is important that The Cairn Experience maintains a supportive, safe space for Veterans to become vulnerable and share intimate experiences or feelings to encourage the healing process. As a group, we wish to connect with other Veteran centered organizations further supporting the mission of improving Veteran’s overall health.
