Soothe Our Souls aims to heal through synergetic sails on the sea. We create an environment of serene positivity through our community of committed volunteers who love lending a positive attitude to everyone in our family.

We teach meditative tools, movement modalities to relieve stress, informative talks about nutrition, and the satisfying knowledge of sailing a ship!
