ELMBROOK SENIOR TAXI INC

The company was founded in 1993 due to a pressing need from a growing senior population in Waukesha County. The County determined available transportation was not adequate to meet this need and worked with the local municipalities to establish several taxi start-ups. Elmbrook Senior Taxi was one of those start-ups and began serving the City and Town of Brookfield, and Elm Grove.

EST began with one vehicle, donated office space, and delivered less than 10 rides per month. Since those humble beginnings, ridership has grown significantly. We typically provide about 10,000 rides per year using five vehicles. We serve about 200 customers per year. We have a small office to manage incoming customer calls and tasks related to running the vehicles. We utilize GPS based software to efficiently manage our rides and routes.
