The mission of Real Food Challenge (RFC) is to harness the power of youth and universities to create a food system that truly nourishes us all. Our first campaig challenged universities to redirect $1 billion dollars of cafeteria spending to sources that are local & community-based, fair, ecologically-sound, and/or humane.
