    TEMA Academy at AFHS is a three year college and career preparatory course that focuses on careers in technology and engineering. Students in the academy spend time preparing for post-secondary success while exploring careers in the technology sector.

    Specific to this opportunity is the TEMA Academy ACT/SAT prep for our Junior students. A group of 16-18 junior girls and boys working virtually with a volunteer/s on preparing for their ACT in the spring. Students and volunteer/s would utilize an online ACT prep program (optional) and meet 1-2 a week during Fall-Winter of 2019-2020 via Google Hangouts in order to help students with different aspects of the prep, hold students accountable for their prep time and encourage students through difficulty with the perp.
