The vision of ART WORKS is to revitalize the cultural and economic life of the Greater Johnstown Region through the development of a nationally prominent cultural center which attracts visual, craft, industrial, performance, heritage and technology artists to work and live in our community, along with local, regional, national and international visitors who share an interest in their work.
