    At our startup nonprofit, Hope to Shine, we are dedicated to empowering refugee and immigrant women in Des Moines, Iowa, and providing them with the support they need to thrive in their new communities. Our innovative programs have been designed by talented and committed women to address unique challenges faced by women newcomers. We offer comprehensive services that foster personal growth, self-sufficiency, and community integration.

    Hope to Shine Vision: Our vision is for immigrant and refugee women to have the financial stability and security they need to contribute their unique skills and talents to their workplaces and communities. We envision a future where these women are able to live fulfilling lives and play an active role in making Iowa a better place for all.
