Sharpen Recovery offers housing, support, and Christ-centered community for men and women in the Greater Houston area recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, empowering participants to build a foundation for lasting sobriety and freedom.

Sharpen Recovery is a growing nonprofit based in Greater Houston, currently operating 17 accredited recovery homes and expanding into new communities. We are a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that values excellence, integrity, accountability, resourcefulness, and continuous improvement. Our culture is highly mission-driven and hands-on, with team members working closely across departments and with organizational leadership. We are building for significant growth and are looking for people who are excited to contribute, take ownership, and help strengthen the systems and infrastructure needed to expand our impact.
