Dedicated to providing hospice services that offer hope, encouragement and care to those who live with a life threatening illness, as well as support for their families, friends and for the community.

FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice is a non-profit organization serving Beaufort County since 1980. Friends provides psychosocial and medical care for those with a prognosis of 6 months or less. Friends believes in treating the whole person, and their family, to help them live before they die.
