International Cultural Exchange Foundation

ICEF, the International Cultural Exchange Foundation, is an Ohio not-for-profit foundation formed by Rotarians who have been foreign exchange students and realize the life-changing perspective of their experiences. Candice McMurphy and Kelly Williams, both successful business persons in their professions, and transformed by their foreign exchange experiences, identified a need for connection. They recognized the potential benefits of a member-accessed database composed of foreign exchange students, their parents, host families, and all of the educational institutions, governmental organizations, and businesses that could benefit from the special talent and experience of foreign exchange students.
