Funders' Committee for Civic Participation

The Funders’ Committee for Civic Participation (FCCP) and Funders’ Committee Action Fund (FCAF) are innovative and forward-thinking networks that share an underlying conviction that all people deserve a voice in our democratic process. Our networks are composed of more than 110 members from grantmaking institutions, individual donors, donor advisors, and philanthropic consultants who move resources across 46 U.S. states and territories and explore a wide variety of topical areas. 

We seek to welcome a results-driven and strategic-minded individual to our dynamic team as Senior Manager of Member & Foundation Relations. With the support of the Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and Advisory Board, this role will be responsible for developing high-level funding growth strategies, as well as identifying and managing execution of membership recruitment, engagement and retention activities to support FCCP’s and FCAF’s mission.
