The Disability Law Center (DLC) is a private non-profit organizations designated by the Governor to protect the rights of people with disabilities in Utah. It is part of the national Protection and Advocacy system. Our Mission To enforce and strengthen the laws that protect the rights of people with disabilities in Utah through legal advocacy.
